TAU Career Summit' 24 Commenced with the Participation of our Rector Cemal Yıldız

Organised by our University, the TAÜ Career Summit '24 event, which began with the opening speeches of our University Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız and our General Coordinator Prof. Dr Ferit Küçükay offered our students the opportunity to meet with companies that lead the business world. With the contributions of our University Industrial Relations Coordinatorship and 19 student clubs, it was held on our campus on May 14, 15 and16, 2024.
 
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız, in his opening speech, stated that he regarded the TAU Career Summit as the first step in the university-business world meeting and therefore attached high importance to it. Furthermore, he noted that the event has now become a tradition by underlining the fact that it has transformed into a position eagerly awaited by our students and the business world every year. Prof. Dr. Yıldız also said, “A comprehensive and full program was prepared with the awareness that TAU Career Summit is one of the most prominent meetings in the career planning process of our young people.” He continued his words by emphasizing that Turkish-German University cares not only about the academic success of its students, but also about their interaction with the business world and practical experience. Moreover, our Rector stated that they encourage our students to see opportunities in their fields, gain experience and establish new connections from the first years of their education.
 
Our Rector thanked the 33 valuable company representatives who participated in the event, and after the opening speech, our Rector and our General Coordinator visited the stands and received information concerning the companies.
