Administrative Committee Meeting Held at Our University

An Administrative Committee Meeting was held at our university on September 24, 2024.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Prof. Dr. Halim Haldun Göktaş, our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız, Deputy Director General of Cultural Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs İlhan Şener, Director General of Higher Education and Overseas Education at the Ministry of National Education Fethi Fahri Kaya, our Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Aysel Uzuntaş, Prof. Dr. Hamide Özden Özkaya Ferendeci, Prof. Dr. Ali Gökhan Yavuz, YÖK Advisor Haşim Koç, President of the TAÜ Consortium (TAÜ-K) Prof. Dr. Rita Süssmuth, our General Coordinator Prof. Dr. Ferit Küçükay, Undersecretary of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research Dr. Roland Philippi, Representative of Foreign Science, Education, Research Policy, and Foreign Cultural Policy at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anke Reiffenstuel, Secretary-General of DAAD, Head of the European Higher Education Area Internationalization Division of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, and DAAD Secretary General Dr. Lisette Andreae, and TAÜ-K Vice President of Financial and Administrative Affairs Dr. Kai Sicks.

During the meeting, topics related to the development of our university were discussed, and opinions were exchanged on education, research, and cooperation. Following the meeting, areas such as ALUAM, the Mevlüde Genç Library, and the Allianz Technical Earthquake & Fire Testing and Training Center, located on our campus, were visited.
